Guide to download CPF contribution history

To obtain your CPF contribution history, simply visit the link below: https://www.cpf.gov.sg/member/ds

:::info You will need to log into your Singpass to be able to access the download page.

1. Once logged in, adjust the search duration to a period containing the last 1 year, e.g. Aug 2022 to Aug 2023 (highlighted within the orange rectangle, as shown below):

2. Thereafter, locate the PDF icon on the top right corner of the screen (highlighted within the orange square, as shown below). A PDF will be created and downloaded. Please share that file over with us via “Submit Proof”.
