What additional information do you need?

From time to time, we will request additional information to complete our verification and credit checks. This additional information includes:

Income Proof

For Employed Individuals

• Latest 12 months CPF contribution (read guide here), OR
• Most recent 3 months of payslips, OR
• *Last 3 month's bank statements (where salary is credited)

:::tip Note: we only recognise salary where bank statement codes reflect as "SAL" or "SALA" or equivalent.

For Self-Employed Individuals

• Latest 12 months CPF contribution (read guide here), OR
• Last 3 months' bank statements

Address Proof

• Signed tenancy agreement
• Bank statements (dated within the past three months)
• Utility or home broadband bills (dated within the past three months)
